What materials do you use?
All Khral Jewellery is crafted with the most premium materials. Our products are plated with 18K Gold or Silver that give our products its luxury shine, on top of premium 316L Stainless Steel. All our jewellery undertakes rigorous testing to ensure pieces attain the highest levels of durability and appearance. Solid gold or 925 sterling silver is also available upon request.

Does your jewellery keep its colour?
Yes, all our jewellery is waterproof and designed for longevity, jewellery will not fade. We have tested all our jewellery under water and heat conditions and there is no reaction to our products.
When will my order be shipped?
After your payment is verified, we aim to ship your item(s) within 24 hours (on business days).
How long will my order take to arrive?
This is dependant upon your chosen shipping option and location, but our estimated delivery times are as follows: (Within UK)

-International Orders (3-5 Working Days)
What if my product is out of stock?
If for any reason a product is out of stock, please contact our customer services team at enquiries@khral.com who will be able to advice when your desired product(s) is available to order. Alternatively, you can sign up to our email on our site to be informed of restocking.
What is your returns policy?
At Khral, customer satisfaction is our priority, therefore if by any minimal chance your item has a defect, or you are not completely satisfied, we will exchange or refund it at your request. Our policy is to receive the product in its original condition and original packaging once returned. Once received, we aim to process your refund within 3 working days. You will receive an email notification once we have processed the refund/exchange.
Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to be processed into your account, this is dependent upon your bank.

All pieces are shipped from our warehouse in the UK.
